Backup And Data
Site data will be automatically terminated after 30 days of overdue status. Renewal within 5 days of termination allows data retrieval; after this period, data retrieval cannot be assured.
Adult Domain Registration
Registration of adult domains is prohibited. Any such domains will be terminated without refund. Your compliance ensures a respectful online environment for all.
Adult Site or Content
We strictly prohibit the registration and hosting of adult-oriented sites or content on our platform. Any violation will result in immediate termination without eligibility for refunds. Our commitment is to maintain a safe and inclusive online community.
Spamming
The transmission of unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spamming) is strictly prohibited. This applies regardless of potential server overload or disruption to Hostamble.com's services. Hostamble retains the exclusive authority to determine violations of this policy. Repeated violations, as reported by multiple sources, may result in account suspension.
Viruses and Other Destructive Activities
Using Hostamble.com's services or equipment to create, send viruses, worms, or engage in activities like pinging, flooding, mail bombing, or denial of service attacks is not allowed. Such actions may lead to account termination within 24 hours without refund.
Debit Card & Credit Card Conditions
Upon adding your card, you grant authorization for automatic payments. Card details cannot be deleted to enhance fraud protection. Your understanding is appreciated.
Illegal Use
Hostamble.com services are to be used exclusively for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include transmitting, storing, or distributing information that violates laws or regulations. This encompasses copyrighted, trademarked, or confidential material used without proper authorization, as well as content that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
System and Network Abuse
Engaging in system or network security breaches is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences. Such breaches include unauthorized data access or system use, service disruption to users, hosts, or networks (e.g., mail bombing, flooding, overload attempts, broadcast attacks), and forging TCP-IP packet headers or email/newsgroup header information.
Pornography
The utilization of Hostamble.com's services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise, or make available any form of pornography is strictly forbidden. Hostamble is obligated by law to notify law enforcement agencies upon detecting the presence or transmission of pornography through its services.
Software/WebPanel/API Change
Should there be a price adjustment for third-party Software/WebPanel/API, customers are obliged to adhere to the updated pricing. A separate invoice will be issued, requiring payment. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination by Hostamble.
Refund policy
Refunds for shared hosting packages are granted within 7 days of order, solely if issues remain unresolved. Refunds are issued to your Hostamble wallet.
Data Terms
We are not responsible for any data breach, loss, or unauthorized access. It is the user's responsibility to ensure data security. Full cPanel access is provided; users are responsible for regular backups, especially before updates or changes. Free backup service is provided as a convenience; daily backups are available in the paid backup service. Users are encouraged to secure cPanel access credentials to prevent unauthorized access. The paid backup service includes daily backups for added convenience. Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including data loss. We reserve the right to modify these terms, with users notified of any changes.
Refund Policy Last's only 7 Days. You are eligible to request your refund within seven days of the First Payment. After that, you will not get any refund. On Second Payment You be no able to Refund your Money.
You are only eligible to get your money back only if we cannot solve your problem related to the server or your Cpanel, Direct Admin Panel, Managed WordPress, Reseller Hosting, etc. Only annual subscriptions will be eligible for a refund. We are not sure that we will solve your VPS problem as we do not offer Managed VPS Server and Managed Dedicated Server. We do not refund the money used to purchase a domain from Hostamble.We will not refund on any kink of upgrade and downgrade in any plan. Refund will be settled to your Bank Account within 5-7 Business Days.
Cancellation Policy
We are eligible to cancel your account if it goes against our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Free Domain Policy
Any Domain you got from Hostamble.com for free will not change its nameserver pointing to another IP or Transfer or Migrate to another domain registrar or provider.
Technical Issue Policy
If due to any technical glitch, you see the pricing of the product is dropped and you place the order, it will not be considered and your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded within 5 days..
